Product/Component: Companion - bonds (Core Services Bus)
After updating the XSU Main Controller to 8.5 Beta 4, I have found that some subsystems are disabled, despite being enabled within the settings. In particular, after every reboot or on/off cycle the motor subsystem is not working correctly, and has to be cycled from full, to off and then back to full, in order to enable functionality. Likewise, vision exhibits the same behaviour but inconsistently (It only happened once in ~10 reboots).

Issue could be reproduced at least once?

Caused by _bonds receiving command to apply subsystem restrictions before it received the actual power-on message. Fixed by making it catch POWER_EMERGENCY.

I've observed this too, but mostly in the form of my AO not coming back; the actual movement subsystem didn't seem perturbed.
