Not sure which module it would be onder … may be part of VOX since it happens when I first speak. However here is what is going down. I tp somewhere, anywhere and usually there's the TP sound and the teleport energy bubble that flashes. The sound happens, but when I get to the destination, the energy bubble does not happen I can walk around for a while but the first time I type something in Nearby the energy flash bubble happens. It should happen after TP.

Consistent with task start/end disparity in _ambiance; will keep an eye out for the culprit message. Alternatively, may be a side effect of event queue overflow aggravated by sim load, but no concrete evidence for that causing disparity in libraries has yet been observed. Remedy: @reset ambiance
