The problem I have is with the NS-476 combat controller giving errors and not working right after the last few major updates. Numerous issues really.
-Unable to return to the main menu when going into  options such as: Devices >Cancel will give an error such as [ex4] WARNING: did not find button 0::2. Applications > cancel will do it as well along with some other options upon my panel.
-For some reason I'm able to remove the controller without having to go through the normal processes of: shutting down > remove battery > then then the controller itself.
-The color i have set for the controller keeps reverting itself back to its default color upon removal.

I'm sure there's more but the weirdest thing is, redelivering a new controller does not fix this issue. I've redone thee set up process with new controllers and i still have the same issue.
