Yesterday this unit was on a no-script-sim for a short time (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/tempura%20island/125/44/32) and had extensive system failures, neither the HUD nor the controller menu was available and it was also not clear whether energy displays or other measured values were still trustworthy. Of course, it was possible to restart the scripts by staying at high altitudes, but this was reversed after returning to the ground. So I know the scripts lack the necessary extension that would allow them to work in these areas. I think this definitely needs to be fixed, as it's a trifle to extend a script so that it doesn't stop working in no-script areas. The controller has limited anti-no-script to prevent you from getting stranded in no-script areas. Extending this to the system's entire functionality would be nothing less than circumventing the choices of the parcel owner, whether we agree with them or not. We do not want to do this.
