Description: Reports the current URL hooked by XCVR. XCVR will always hook one URL if possible as long as there are active 761 IMPORT_PIPE hooks that require it.

Parameter format: String: the URL at which the transceiver can be reached. Add the key of the pipe onto the end to get the full URL, e.g. a POST query to http://a.b.com:8080/01230123-0123-0123-0123-012302320123 will send directly onto the imported pipe.
