Description: A user access request was processed by SM using another 2xx message (e.g. SEC_REMOTE_RELAY or SEC_POWER_SWITCH) and returned the rank of PUBLIC. Determine whether the user is whitelisted, blacklisted, or should be manually checked, and then execute the embedded command.

Parameter format: String parameter contains the number of the final linked message to execute, followed by a space, followed by the original string parameter.
