I've run into an issue with the voice announcer not working with some command, notably when changing personas. The function works fine, only the voice announcement doesn't play and only results in a system message reading: "speaker: Could not find named sound: persona-1.". I have tried resetting all the modules as well as using separate controllers to see if the issue persisted and it still did. Not just that, even having a new controller redelivered doesn't fix it on either of them. I use the NS Revenant Controller and the oXq.205.8i Artifact Controller. Another thing to mention is I have asked around if the same thing has happened to my friends and a few others with the same or similar controllers and they don't or haven't encountered the problem before. As I recall it might have occured when I installed TESI, but I am unsure if this is the case as new controllers without TESI ended up with the same problem.
