1. Find an RLV restrainable fuck machine. For the bug in question, New Eisa's Slut-maker (found in bimbeau's shack) will do the trick. (location address: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Eisa/210/196/52)
2. Have the Slut-Maker capture you. Animations PRESUMABLY optional.
3. Lock yourself/victim in.
4. Have your client crash/disconnect/lose connection.
5. Upon return, your nanite controller (mesta, for mine) will be constantly reprobing for _restraint until you manage to fire off an @reset restraint (i did both @reset whip AND restraint, unknown if both are required).

Odds are strong that this was coincidence. "Probing for _restraint..." is only necessary at all because _restraint gets reset on relog. Even if it crashes it'll just get reset.
