I was messing with the NS Color HUD (bismuth/1.0) with the relic controller and when I clicked on close button on the color hud, it ejected the battery, detached the battery, hatch door opened then closed, then I was shut down. I don't think the color hud is supposed to cause the battery to detach when you click on close for the hud to detach itself.

This was discovered and reported internally a few weeks ago, and is indeed a problem with the battery firmware. We're looking into practical ways to upgrade batteries (or otherwise mitigate this flaw) without triggering another recall. It has been fixed for future battery designs.
