Issue encountered on Companion 8.4.4 and 8.4.5. Multiple units tested.
1. Profile eco is loaded, either manually, from a command or via a px_ file. Subsystems are disabled correctly.
2. Profile full is loaded to restore disabled subsystems. Subsystems are correctly restored.
3. On reboot or re-logging into FIrestorm, subsystems will disable again until an SSM Reset is performed.
4. During unintended restriction, status shows no disabled subsystems and profile shows full.
Other tests:
DIsabling subsystems individually, using @power or enable/disable does not cause this issue.

Fixed in 8.5 milestones (as far as I know.)
