Technically this is a bug with the CSU But I couldn't find that item in the "Affects" List. Basically what happens is: When you set the base-temp 5 (the default value supposedly) in the notecard - it causes constant heat production that very quickly results in overheating. Furthermore simply unsetting the value will NOT clear the effect and neither will removing the CSU as a whole. Apparently the only way to fix the overheat is to actually replace the core module. I noticed this effect in a sim that does NOT host a Weather Control Unit and nearby units were completely unaffected which leads me to exclude the possibility that it is related to weather/enviromental overheating. I have not (yet) attempted to set the value with the direct internal writes listed on the development page but I think it safe to say that with the removal of the CSU this is likely a bug in the 8.5b3 Code itself and the CSU Setting merely serves as a trigger.
