Two options:

• 3D-printing and laying eggs that can contain goodies pre-loaded by the unit. These would be created from the unit's hydrocarbon-based lubricant, so a surplus would be needed before printing could be carried out.
• Prim babies. Because presumably there are some old-school pregnancy enthusiasts who happen to also be into robots. This may come with a Mama Allpa-style fertility system. Or not.
