So, a lot of the stuff in this area ( http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bad%20Kitty/138/138/26 ) does not work or crashes the restraint module, but here is the log from one in particular.  Upon first clicking the spell book, this one clicked "permit" on the prompt, but was not quick enough, and had to do it again.  The book successfully gave this one an RLV folder, but then did nothing.  No animations, no force worn items.  Yuki used this a few days ago, with a normal avatar, and was properly transformed.

Also, this one DID repeat the procedure with debug messages turned on, after discovering them.  That is the second log.
