Similar to damage folders for ATOS/E, this would allow overpressurized units to load and unload #RLV folders depending on how much excess fluid they contain, allowing e.g. larger breasts or testicles when overfilled. This requires TESI, and will probably get implemented with it anyway, since it's a rather small piece of work by comparison.
