These simple scripts create areas (or point sources) where units dare not to tread for fear of losing their motors, senses, memory (GPS/identify), voice, and/or mind. Interference can be mostly mitigated with a shield—until the shield runs out of power. Radiation sources can also be tuned to a minimal level, setting off the Geiger counters embedded in standard Chassis Specification Units without causing any adverse effects.

These radiation sources also affect constructs powered by the Autonomy Control Systems CCU, although usually not as drastically as they affect our units.
